Refund Terms
We accept refund requests for the following situations:
Unused, unwashed items with tags intact, within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items with manufacturing defects or due to our mistake.
Circumstances where a refund will not be given
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Return requests made more than 30 days after receipt.
Items that have been used, washed or have had tags removed.
Items returned for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, etc.) but not in perfect condition.
Items on sale or clearance, unless there is a quality issue with the item.
Refund Process
Submit a request: Please submit a refund request through our Returns page, providing your order number and relevant details.
Returning items: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please package the item securely and include the original order information when returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Processing a Refund: We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Depending on the processing time of your bank or payment platform, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
We may provide you with a partial refund in the following cases:
The returned item shows signs of use or is partially damaged, but is eligible for return.
The returned item is missing the original packaging or labels.
Exchange Policy
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when submitting your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, but the stock of the exchanged item is subject to availability. Once the exchange order is confirmed, it will be processed according to the normal shipping process.
Delayed or Not Received Refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please first check your bank account or contact the payment platform. Then, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping costs for the original order and any additional fees (such as gift wrapping) are not refundable when a refund is issued, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.
